Greetings all!

I can’t believe summer is winding down. As we move in to fall, I thought I would share with you some of the exciting things Main Entrée has coming up!

We just recently did a tasting for some new items we will be adding to our menu for the fall, including an expanded grass fed beef offering. I’d love to show you a finished product photo, but our samples were gone almost as soon as we got them off of the grill!

In addition, we are gearing up for a few events, both locally and nationally. On October 6th, we will be highlighting some tasty items at the Wyoming County Chamber of Commerce’s Fall Fest Mixer at Shadowbrook Inn & Resort in Tunkhannock, PA.

I’ll also be joining our celebrity chef, Barret Bayer of Hell’s Kitchen, for Food Network & Cooking Channel’s New York City Food & Wine Festival. As always, Barret’s creativity will be sure to produce some truly creative and delicious ways to use Main Entrée products. The event runs from October 13th – 16th. Not only does the event raise millions to aid “No Kid Hungry”, but it’s filled with hundreds of wine and spirit producers, world-renowned chefs, and TV personalities. We couldn’t be more excited to add our name to the star-studded event and help fight childhood hunger!

Last but not least on the fall agenda, Food Network’s Kevin Des Chenes (most recently on Beat Bobby Flay) will be joining us at the Philadelphia Taste Food & Wine Festival from October 21st– 23rd to cook up some of our signature steaks. Attendees will be able to pair our Upper 2/3rds Choice steaks with featured wine and spirits. Main Entrée will have our own VIP section for attendees to relax and get to know us. If you’re in the area, this will be a great event to check out. Join me and the rest of our team for some great food, and maybe a bourbon or two!

We have an exciting few months ahead. Thank you so much for your continued support!

Cheers!
