July 17, 2018 |
It’s that time of year for sweet, sticky, savory and overall tasty ribs! We’ve got five ways to prepare baby back pork ribs for you, depending on how much time you really want to spend slaving away on these yummy delights and what equipment you have available. Let’s get to it!
The Easy Dry Rub – This is a great recipe if you’re a beginner at cooking ribs, or if you just want something easy and tasty! All you need are some pantry staple spices, foil, your ribs and an oven to bake them in!
BBQ Baby Backs with Sauce – This is another relatively easy recipe, but this one also has a sauce. You’re also going to finish these ribs off on the grill.
Memphis Dry-Rubbed Baby Back Ribs – This recipe incorporates the crust of a Memphis style dry-rub with a hint of vinegar. You also will need a smoker to achieve these flavors.
Bourbon BBQ Sauce Baby Backs – These ribs get their flavor from a smoky bourbon BBQ sauce. They begin in the oven and are finished off on the grill.
Baby Back Ribs with Tamarind Glaze – These ribs are for if you’re feeling a little ambitious! The tamarind makes for a sweet, sour and quite tart glaze accompanied by a refreshing salad. These ribs differ from the rest not only in their taste, but in the way they are cooked. Unlike the other recipes, these ribs are braised. This recipe is definitely one that will impress!
