Cooking Instructions: Baked Chicken Breasts

Brine chicken breasts in a warm water and salt solution for 15-30 minutes.
Remove chicken from solution, rinse with cold water, and pat dry.
In a baking dish, brush your chicken breasts on both sides with butter or olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and your favorite seasonings.
Bake your chicken at 450°F for approximately 15-18 minutes. Add herbs and/or lemon wedges to the pan if desired. Test chicken for appropriate internal temperature.
Allow your chicken breasts to rest for 5-10 minutes. Enjoy!
