Cooking Instructions: Pork Chops

Remove chops from vacuum package 30 minutes before cooking. Set oven to 400°F. Using a heavy skillet, add olive or canola oil just to cover bottom of the skillet. Season chops with salt, pepper and your favorite spices. Heat oil on medium heat, add chops, and cook 3-5 minutes on each side.

If skillet is oven friendly, place in oven (or use a baking pan). Finish chops in oven to the proper internal temperature.

Remove chops and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
