Cooking Instructions: Seafood Cakes

MUST COOK FROM FROZEN. DO NOT THAW.
In a sauté or frying pan, heat 1-tablespoon of olive oil per cake. Slow cook by browning on each side and thoroughly heating for 5-7 minutes per side. To bake, preheat oven to 350°F. Place seafood cakes on flat pan in oven for 10-15 minutes or until an internal temperature 165°F is reached.
