Cooking Instructions: Shrimp Cocktail

Bring a large stockpot of water to a rolling boil.

While waiting for the water to boil, prepare an ice bath for your shrimp.

Add Main Entrée peeled, deveined, tail-on shrimp to the boiling water. Once the water returns to a boil, cook shrimp for two minutes. If you are cooking from a frozen state, increase the cook time to three minutes.

Remove shrimp from stove, drain, and immediately place shrimp in ice bath to stop the cooking process.

Once shrimp are chilled, serve with your favorite cocktail sauce!
