Place in refrigerator to thaw 1-2 days before roasting
Remove from packaging. Season with Kosher salt & pepper. Set oven to 250° F. Slow roast to an internal temperature of 145° F.
Pull from oven, and let rest. Serve hot and pair with a white gravy!
