Frenched Veal Rib Chop
Rib Chops are cut from the Rib Rack. Frenched chops have the tip of the bone cleaned down to the ribeye muscle. This cut is tender and requires very short cooking times. Ribs have wonderful flavor alone or can be paired with a light sauce.
