From the protein to the gift packaging, Main Entrée has spent countless hours creating a presentation that will live up to the standards set by the products. The style in which your special someone receives their package is important to Main Entrée as it completes our company’s vision. Your gift package will arrive in proper condition. All products are IQF frozen and vacuum sealed immediately after being cut to your product specification. Your products will arrive at your doorstep frozen, just as they left the Main Entrée butcher shop.

The care that resonates in our cutting room expands to the office setting. Our products are sourced with the highest standards possible. Our products are inventoried in our warehouse to sufficiently satisfy even the largest of orders. In the rare occasion an item is out of stock, we will notify you and give you an opportunity to substitute.
We ask you to notify us with any questions and concerns by the next business day. If your expectations are not met, we will replace your order or issue a gift card*, provided you notify us at 800.489.7941 (weekdays 9 am to 5 pm EST) the next business day after receipt of your order.
